Our application is crafted and tested to provide optimal performance on the following browsers:

If you have a preferred default internet browser, you can effortlessly install either of the browsers to coexist alongside your favorite choice.
CPU/Memory/Hard Drive
Faster is always better. We recommend a dual-core or quad-core CPU at 1.0 GHz or higher as our product is designed to make use of internet worker threads when performing tax calculations. You should have about 500 MB of free space for the browser cache. Our cloud-based tax product will still work with small cache sizes, but your experience will be diminished due to increased downloads.

Our product has undergone extensive testing and is compatible with the following operating systems:
- Windows 7, 8, 8.1, 10, 11
- Ubuntu
- Mac OS X
While other operating systems can also be utilized, please note that our tax product is designed to work seamlessly with our supported browsers.
Video Requirements
Unlike other applications that are operating system-dependent, our video requirements are unique. Since our forms scroll within the browser, we recommend a video monitor that supports a screen width of 1440 or higher to ensure the best viewing experience.
